SPEA 4040 Flying Probe Tester

Features
NexLogic uses SPEA 4040 flying probe tester for its testing needs. It has 4 fast and precise probes on the top-side and 2 additional probes on the bottom side.
All 6 probes are equipped with linear motors with optical encoders positioned to obtain the highest performance in terms of speed and accuracy.
With the dual-side probing system, NexLogic can detect MDA defects such opens, shorts, voids, insufficient solder and solder bridges.
